Manchester United target Diego Godin insists he will not be leaving Atletico Madrid
The Uruguayan international has been linked with a move to the Premier League but says he hopes to remain in Spain for "many years"

Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin has ruled out a move to the Premier League.
The Uruguayan international has been linked with a move to Manchester United in recent weeks, as Louis van Gaal looks to bolster his defence.
Earlier this month, Rojiblacos boss Diego Simeone laughed off suggestions that United could look to take the centre-back to Old Trafford in January .
And now Godin has declared his wish to stay with the Spanish champions for the foreseeable future.
"At this point, I feel that I’m in the best time of my career and I still see my retirement very far.
"I would like to stay many years here [at Atletico Madrid].
"But it is true that I also have an attraction from my country and at any point in the future I would like to return to Uruguay, to respond to the love they have showed me during this years.
"But just the time will say. It is difficult to know where I will be playing in as many years."
